When and how often?
Based on your goals, availability, and budget, we determine the optimal training frequency together. You can train 1 to 3 times per week at our private facility in Vleuten, Utrecht, or online. On non-training days, you follow structured workouts in the Strijder PT app to ensure consistency and continued progress.
