What you can expect

Personal Training at Strijder is fully customized and strategically structured. Every program begins with a comprehensive intake and movement assessment. We evaluate your current fitness level, posture, movement patterns, and physical capacity to determine the most effective path forward.

From there, your training plan is built around your specific objective, whether that is weight loss, strength development, endurance improvement, or preparation for a competitive event.

You receive focused one-on-one coaching with full attention to technique, progression, and long-term performance. This is not a generic fitness routine. It is a results-driven system designed around you.

Your program includes:

  • Private 60-minute 1-on-1 training sessions

  • 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week

  • Training at our 100 m2 facility in Vleuten (Utrecht) or online
