determine the optimal balance of protein, carbohydrates, and fats.

After registration, you immediately receive your first personalized weekly meal plan. This
plan is fully aligned with your calculated macros and energy requirements.

To keep your nutrition varied and enjoyable, you receive a brand-new menu every single
week. With one click, you can generate a clear grocery list. You also have the option to order
your groceries online directly (optional).
