What you can expect

Strijder HIIT is designed to deliver maximum results in minimal time. Strijder HIIT sessions combine high-intensity cardio with functional strength training to challenge your entire body. In just 30 minutes, you elevate your heart rate, burn fat, and build lean muscle.

Sessions take place every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning from 9:15 AM to 9:45 AM at our private training facility in Vleuten, Utrecht.

You train in small groups of up to ten participants, ensuring personal attention while maintaining the motivating energy of a team environment. Every workout is professionally programmed and adapted to your individual level and physical capacity.

When and How Often Do You Train?

HIIT sessions are offered three times per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 9:15 AM to 9:45 AM in Vleuten, Utrecht.

You are welcome to train every session, but attending a few times per week is equally effective. For optimal results, we recommend training at least two to three times per week.

Consistency creates progress. Intensity accelerates it.
