What you can expect

Strijder Group Training takes place indoors in a small and structured setting of four to a
maximum of ten participants. Sessions are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and
Thursday evenings from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM at our private training facility in Vleuten,
Utrecht.

This small group format ensures personal attention while maintaining the motivating
dynamic of training together. Every session is professionally designed and adapted to the
goals and physical capacity of the group, while always respecting individual limitations.

keeps you accountable and consistently moving forward.
